TideAway is a newly built (July 2011) luxurious first floor apartment located above the wonderfully refurbished Village Store and is a few minutes’ walk from the beach. It is a one bedroom apartment, comfortably accommodating 2 people, with private access via a set of stairs. It is spacious and light with lovely views, and there is a secluded outside terrace as well as under floor heating throughout the apartment – perfect for both a summer and winter break.
TideAway is a modern yet cosy apartment, and is well appointed with new fixtures and fittings. TideAway is unique in that it does not have a 7 day minimum stay policy during the high season. Throughout the year there are 3 options available – a Friday to Monday weekend break; a Monday to Friday mid week break; or a Friday to Friday week break.
Bedroom: (3.6m x 3m). Comes with a king size bed
Bathroom: (2.2m x 1.8m) fully tiled with bath shower
Open plan Kitchen and sitting room: (6m x 4m) The kitchen has a slim line dishwasher, a washer/dryer unit, an electric cooker & hob, a microwave, a toaster, kettle, and fridge/freezer
The sitting room boasts a flat screen TV with Sky, a DVD player (with a selection of DVDs), and a dining room table/chairs for 2 with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 adults
Terrace: (2.6m x 3.2m ) Table and 4 chairs
Please note that this is strictly a non-smoking apartment. Provision is made for guests on the outside terrace. Sorry – no pets allowed!
Extras * A complimentary mug of freshly brewed coffee and a croissant each morning – just pop down to the store to get it! * Wi-Fi is available at no extra cost – password and network ID to be requested on arrival. * A starter hamper can be provided by the Village Store. There is a wonderful assortment of goodies to choose from, and the basket would be delivered to the apartment in time for your arrival. It can comfortably sleep a child aged 0–3 years Cot linen is also available. * A stair gate (for the top of the stairs) is available on request * Parking is readily available.
A non refundable deposit of a third of the total accommodation cost is required in order to confirm an accommodation reservation. The deposit form needs to be completed, signed and sent to the owner via email or post (see the ‘contact us’ section of the website). The remainder of the accommodation cost needs to be settled 1 month before arrival.
